The Organic Food Conference from 30 September to 1 October 2021 is planned as a hybrid event. Participants can follow the panels and discussions online or join the IFOAM Organics Europe conference directly on site in Warsaw.

The theme of the biennial English-language event is "The Future of Organic Food". The focus will be on the following points:

• The European Green Deal and how to reach the 25% target of organic land by 2030
• Expected changes in the new EU Organic Regulation
• What packaging should look like for organic products
• An update on the Pro-Org project
• Inspiring stories of organic successful business models in cooperation with Food Shift 2030
